Returns & Exchanges

  • Domestic Orders Only: Returns and exchanges are available for domestic orders only. International orders are not eligible.
  • Hygiene Policy:
    • Hair extensions are considered a hygiene product.
    • Opened items cannot be returned or exchanged for the safety of all customers.
    • Packages will be inspected upon arrival to ensure security seals are intact. Tampered seals will result in no refund or return.
  • Exchange Policy:
    • Refunds are not offered.
    • Exchanges are available in the form of store credit only for maximum of 2 times, Further exchanges on products would not be possible.
  • Color Matching: We encourage customers to send photos of their hair for accurate color matching and customization.
  • Damaged Products:
    • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at nehhakashyap@neferex.com. within 5 days of delivery.
    • We conduct thorough inspections before shipping to minimize this risk.
