At Neferex Worldwide LLP, we prioritize product hygiene and quality, especially as our products are made from real human hair extensions and toppers. To maintain strict hygiene standards for all customers, we follow a No Return and No Refund once the product has been delivered.
Since our hair extensions and toppers are personal-use products, they cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.
However, product exchange may be possible only in the case of customization requests (such as size, color, length, or density adjustments). Any customization-related exchange will be subject to applicable charges and must be requested within the specified time frame.
