⚠️ Important: Hairline Net Policy
Once the hairline net on any topper, band, wig, 3D wig, or 3D topper has been cut, trimmed, or altered in any way, the item becomes final sale — no refund, return, or exchange will be accepted under any circumstances. This is because these items are custom-fitted to the individual once cut and cannot be resold or reused.
We strongly recommend trying on your item and confirming fit before cutting or trimming the hairline net.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@neferex.com.
Exchanges are only valid if the hairline net is uncut and the item is in original, unused condition.
